INGREDIENTS

6 pieces of Family pitas

1 cup of cubed roasted pumpkin

1 cup baby spinach, washed

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Sea salt and cracked pepper to garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay the pieces of family pitas flat on a grill tray.
  2. Start layering your ingredients starting with the spinach, pumpkin the top with cheese.
  3. Place the tray in the pre-heated grill for 5 minutes of until the cheese has melted.
  4. Take the pizzas out of the grill and garnish with sea salt and cracked pepper.
  5. Enjoy!
