Peri Peri Chicken & Avo Pocket

2 pieces MEB Pita Pockets (White or Wholemeal)

150 grams peri peri roast chicken breast slices

4 leaves romaine lettuce

1 large tomato sliced

1 avocado sliced

1 tsp lite mayonnaise

  1. Facing grill side up, place your pockets flat on a plate and spread equally with mayonnaise.
  2. Assemble pocket by layering the ingredients starting with the lettuce, tomato, avocado chicken. 
  3. Carefully fold each pocket in half.
  • Want to try something different? If you’re wanting a lunch with a crunch, try grilling the pockets first. Place the pocket between the grill rails and toast for 5-10 minutes until they mould into shape.
