1 piece MEB Foods Wholemeal Khobz
1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup lettuce
5 slices tomato
1 cucumber sliced
5 slices beetroot
1/4 cup pumpkin
- Place your wrap (grill side up) on a plate.
- Begin to add ingredients across the center of the Khobz starting with the cottage cheese.
- Pick up the bread from one side and roll it into wrap ensuring all ingredients are secure.
- Enjoy fresh or toasted!
