1 piece MEB Foods Wholemeal Khobz

1/4 cup Cottage Cheese

1/4 cup lettuce

5 slices tomato

1 cucumber sliced

5 slices beetroot

1/4 cup pumpkin

  1. Place your wrap (grill side up) on a plate.
  2. Begin to add ingredients across the center of the Khobz starting with the cottage cheese.
  3. Pick up the bread from one side and roll it into wrap ensuring all ingredients are secure.
  4. Enjoy fresh or toasted!
