INGREDIENTS
2 pieces souvlaki bread
1 cup cooked lamb
1 large red onion roasted
4 heaped tbs of tzatziki
1/2 cup cherry tomato
1 cucumber sliced
1/2 cup of fresh mint
DIRECTIONS

Place the souvlaki bread on a plate and start layering your ingredients. *Tip – to soften the souvlaki bread prior to using, try microwaving for 5-10 seconds.

Start by adding the cucumber, tomato, lamb roasted onion and mint into the centre of the wrap forming a line.

Generously top the ingredients with tzatziki.

To wrap, make a small fold at the base, then fold one side in ensuring you cover all the fillings with the bread. Roll the remaining side together until your wrap is combined.

Heat up a pan (wide enough to fit the length of the souvlaki) and place the base of the wrap flat in the centre. Leave for 1 minute or until base is crispy.
