Spinach & Cheese Pull Apart

4 Pieces MEB Fresh Wraps (we used Dark Rye)

100g baby spinach, washed

1/2 cup mozerella cheese

1/2 cup fetta cheese

Salt & Pepper

  1. In a bowl, combine the spinach and both cheeses. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  2. Lay each piece of the wrap flat, and fill the center with the mix. Roll the wrap and repeat until all 4 pieces have been wrapped.
  3. Slice each wrap in 5cm pieces which will give you roughly 4 pieces per wrap.
  4. Spray a small bread tin with oil and carefully place the mini rolls filling up the tray. Bake at 180 (fan forced oven) for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
